Minimum score of 650. Scores below 700 may require a 1.5× deposit. Any utility or prior landlord debts in collections result in immediate disqualification.

Convictions involving theft, sexual offenses, or violence within the past 10 years may result in immediate disqualification.

Landlord contact info required for past 2 residences or all residences within the last 5 years. Property owners must provide mortgage statements for the past 2 years.

Must submit their own complete application and meet qualifying criteria independently. Income must exceed 4× rent OR provide proof of liquid cash for full lease term plus a credit score of 750+.
