While earning a Rhetoric & Writing degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Rai fell in love with the Austin area and culture and decided to put down roots. She thrives on supporting her friends, family, clients, and teammates in hitting their goals. Since finding herself in the real estate industry unexpectedly, Rai has become determined to assist those around her in becoming more financially stable through homeownership and gives her all to support the team in delivering a 5-star client experience to everyone the team works with.

Estrella Vega discovered her passion for real estate during the market shift in 2021, drawn by the endless opportunities for growth. As Greg’s licensed agent assistant, she plays a key role in serving the team’s buyer and tenant clients—helping them identify the properties that best fit their needs. Estrella also supports the team by assisting with showings at listings and performing property inspections for landlords and out-of-state sellers, allowing Greg to put his energy into what matters most—delivering the highest level of strategy, advocacy, and client care.
She is committed to making the process of buying, selling, or renting both multi-family and primary residences in Austin as stress-free as possible, while being a reliable and effective communicator every step of the way. A proud South Austin resident, Estrella loves connecting with her community through volunteering with Loaves and Fishes, Champion Hearts, and by enjoying the city’s live music and food scenes. She brings warmth and genuine care to every client interaction.
Angela Sesbreno

Angela’s passion for real estate began right after she graduated in 2018 from the University of Santo Tomas, the oldest university in Asia. Starting her career as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Philippines with Ayala Land Corporation, she quickly fell in love with the process of helping people find their perfect property.
Driven to offer her services to a wider market, Angela transitioned to remote work in the US, where she initially worked as an Inside Sales Agent for the Gregory Group. It was here that she discovered her true calling in the backend operations of a real estate transaction. She specializes in the intricate process of turning a listing into a successful under contract sale.
Angela works closely with clients before their property even hits the market, ensuring everything is perfectly ready. She also oversees lease listings from start to finish, managing all client concerns and documentation until a tenant is secured. With a powerful blend of sales expertise and meticulous listing coordination, Angela is a true professional dedicated to getting the deal done, flawlessly.
