Hello, and thank you for applying for one of our lease properties.

*We do not process applications over the weekend; all apps and updates received over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.*

For us to start your application process, you MUST include the following:

1. Lease applications filled out in their entirety for any adult (person 18 or older) who will be residing in the property. *Download to fill out electronically

2.  2-3 months of bank statements or pay stubs, prior tax returns, or bank account summaries.

If you are a new employee, submit a letter from your employer stating your start date and your current wages.

3.  Photos of Driver License

4. Photos and vaccination records of ALL pets that will be on the premises.

5. Tenant Qualifying Criteria page initialed by all applicants.

6.  App fees of $60 per application venmo'ed to @gregory-tran (last 4 is 4337).  Take a screenshot of the venmo screen that shows app fees paid. (Note that this is $60 net to us. If you choose to enable Venmo’s purchase protection, you need to send $62 instead).

7. Email items from steps 1-6 to admin@gregorygrouptx.com

Note: If multiple applications are received, landlords will choose the one that best qualifies.
