Property taxes are too darn high!!!

My subtle message of the week:

Protest your property taxes. The deadline is May 15th.  DON’T MISS IT!

I tell you this every year, bc every year people tell me they need to protest but they haven't yet. You can do it yourself and that's great. You'll may save a some money but your results may vary.  Just make sure that you actually file the protest and don’t let it slip like the rest of your to-do list :)

I long ago stopped protesting property taxes myself.  I had a very frustrating experience and switched to using the professionals.  The company helping me for the past five years is Home Tax Shield - they’ve done a great job.  There are probably cheaper and more marketed solutions out there but I'm just telling you who I personally use.  These guys have saved our clients $120k in tax payments over the years!
